SPE Extraction Of Streptomycin From Food Using SiliaPrep™ SCX And C18 (17%)
This document describes a two steps sample preparation method for the determination of “Streptomycin residues in food” using Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) clean-up with Strong Cationic Exchange Cartridge (SiliaPrep™ SCX) and Reversed-Phase Cartridge (SiliaPrep C18 (17%)). Analysis of the sample can be done using HPLC analytical technique (or LC-MS).
This is a recommended general method using the SiliaPrep SCX/C18. Tips can be found for the choice of solvent that should be used to establish an SPE method development.
