SPE Method for Acrylamide Determination in Fried Potato Chips Using SiliaPrepX™ HLB and SCX
SiliCycle has developed the SiliaPrepX HLB, an advanced hydrophilic and lipophilic polymer sorbent, for specific solid phase extraction of acidic, basic and neutral analytes from biological fluids and aqueous samples.
The SiliaPrepX SCX, a strong cation exchanger polymer sorbent, for specific solid phase extraction of basic compounds (pKa 2 - 10). This polymeric phase is also highly stable in organic solvents.
The performance of the SiliaPrepX HLB and SCX polymeric SPE cartridges for the solid phase extraction of acrylamide in fried potato chips is presented following the link below. The application note presents recovery, precision and accuracy results over 5 levels of concentration (Qc and standard).
