SPE Method for Sulfonamides, Tetracyclines & Pyrimethamines Determination Using SiliaPrepX™ HLB and DVB
SiliCycle has developed the SiliaPrepX™ HLB, an advanced hydrophilic and lipophilic polymer sorbent, for specific solid phase extraction of acidic, basic and neutral analytes from biological fluids and aqueous samples. The unique hydrophilic and lipophilic backbone allows an excellent mass transfer ofthe analytes into the polymeric matrix. The SiliaPrepX DVB is a polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer presenting a high hydrophobicity used for the same compounds as the SiliaPrepX HLB but in viscous matrices or from post synthesis clean-up.
The performance of the SiliaPrepX HLB and SiliaPrepX DVB polymeric SPE cartridges in the treatment of sulfonamides, tetracyclines and pyrimethamines in bovine milk is presented following the link below.
