SPE Method of Caffeine, Cotinine and Nicotine Quantification Using SiliaPrepX™ HLB

SiliCycle has developed the SiliaPrepX™ HLB, an advanced hydrophilic and lipophilic polymer sorbent, for specific solid phase extraction of acidic, basic and neutral analytes from biological fluids and aqueous samples. The unique hydrophilic and lipophilic backbone allows an excellent mass transfer ofthe analytes into the polymeric matrix.

The performance of the SiliaPrepX HLB polymeric SPE cartridges in the treatment of caffeine, cotinine and nicotine in urine is presented following the link below. The comparison with competitive products at 2 levels of concentration, ion suppression measured and lot-to-lot reproducibility are also evaluated.
