SiliCycle MiniBlock®

Multifunctional synthesis platform

Originally designed by chemists at Bristol-Myers Squibb, the SiliCycle MiniBlock has been further developed to address a wide range of chemistry methodologies. It is a flexible, easy-to-use tool that maximizes the productivity of synthetic chemists.

SiliCycle MiniBlock is the only compact parallel synthesizer that allows synthesis via solid or solution-phase as well as purification to be carried out on the same platform. It offers fast bottom filtration without having to invert or disassemble the reactor. Rapid purification and filtration can be achieved by stacking two SiliCycle MiniBlocks and using SPE techniques to remove excess reagents, side-products, catalysts and metals.

Chemists can now take advantage of SiliCycle’s unique expertise in purification, metal scavenging, catalysis and solid-supported reagents in combination with the SiliCycle MiniBlock to increase productivity while reducing development time.

    Simple device that helps drain reaction tubes by applying gentle air pressure.
  22. Positive Pressure Manifold

    Positive Pressure Manifold

    Provides positive pressure to all reaction tubes to assist draining. Also used to push solvents from one SiliCycle MiniBlock to a second SiliCycle MiniBlock containing resins/sorbents.
