SPE Extraction Of Phenolic Compounds From Wine Using SiliaPrep™ C18 (17%)
This document describes a sample preparation method for the extraction of “phenolic compounds from wine” using SiliaPrep™ C18 (17 %) based on hydrophobic retention of the interfering wine components. Analysis of the sample can be done using GC-MS analytical technique.
This is a recommended general method using the SiliaPrep Reversed-Phase C18. Tips can be found for the choice of solvent that should be used to establish an SPE method development.
