Available as cartridges of various SiliaMetS® Metal Scavengers or grades of activated carbon, metal removal will now be easily and quickly achieved from laboratory to industrial scale. This presentation will introduce metal scavenging results using this new technology along with the straightforward procedure to efficiently scale-up your processes.

Raif Kadri, Vice-President of Sales, SiliCycle

Raif Kadri is the Vice-President of Sales at SiliCycle.
He has held this position since February 2009. He has a degree in Biochemistry and an MBA from Laval University in Quebec City. Having spent the last 18 years supporting customers in the pharmaceutical landscape both technically and commercially through hands on work and consultative representation, his goal will be to showcase the new technology developed by SiliCycle and Graver Technologies that provides an efficient and easy way to use silica-based metal scavengers in a flow format thus addressing the request of industry to limit the use of insoluble particulates in reactors.

Dr. Valerie Desyroy, product specialist, SiliCycle

Dr. Valerie Desyroy is a French-American Organic Chemist that has specialized in product development & management for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
While passionate and fully dedicated to her field & science in general, she also is an indomitable wanderlust, art and architecture lover, committed to her community as a voluntary board member within various non-profit organizations.
