What size threads are on the end fittings of my HPLC column?

Most fittings on your HPLC and UHPLC systems and columns have 10-32 threads. However, you will find that fittings and columns from Waters, Rheodyne and SSI (Lab Alliance) have different seating depths. SiliCycle’s 10/32 PEEK universal fittings and ferrules will accommodate any of the below configurations.

Fitting lengths and looks may differ among various manufacturers, but most HPLC and UHPLC column fittings have 10- 32 threads as shown in the table below.
