The SiliCycle MiniBlock Family is widely used by chemists in the pharmaceutical, academic, biopharma, chemical, petrochemical and polymer industries. The flexibility of the design allows chemists to rapidly configure these compact parallel reactors to fit the needs of their chemistry, whether it requires inert conditions, refluxing or cooling, allowing complete freedom to choose a synthetic route.
Furthermore, these easy-to-use reaction blocks are specially designed for parallel synthesis and screening reactions. They enable you to achieve multiple reactions simultaneously, using similar amounts of time, energy and starting materials, as it would usually require for a single experiment.

Shaking and Washing Stations
High performance orbital shaker with integrated basins for wash and rinse capability. Customized and configured to provide vigorous vortex mixing for 1 (Micro) or 2 (Compact) SiliCycle MiniBlocks. -
SiliCycle MiniBlock Synthesizer
Patented reactor with built-in valve design. Available in 48, 24, 12, and 6-Positions arrays. Reaction vessel volumes are 4 mL, 10 mL, 20 mL and 40 mL respectively (not included). -
Reflux Layer / Heat Transfer Block
Heating/Cooling Block, allowing uniform cooling to -40°C, and heating to 120°C. Quick to install, efficient condensation. Available in 6, 12, 24 or 48-Positions arrays. Includes quick-disconnect fittings. -
Inerting / Purging Manifold (48-Positions)
Inert gas manifold can be operated in continuous purging or static pressure modes. Internal septum prevents evaporative loss and facilitates reagent addition or reaction sampling. Includes quick-disconnect gas fittings with shut off valve, allowing inert atmosphere to be maintained at all times. Automation-friendly. For MiniBlock 48-Positions. -
Purging / Evaporating Manifold
For 6,12 and 24-Positions reactors. Provides superior performance for maintaining inert atmosphere while providing a cost effective option for evaporating solvents. Includes quick-disconnect gas fittings with shut off valve, allowing inert atmosphere to be maintained at all times. Automation-friendly. Includes one box of sealing layer and one box of Inner/Piercing septa. -
Transfer Adapter
To stack one SiliCycle MiniBlock on top of the other, allowing the transfer of products. Does not fit over heat transfer block! -
Insulation Wrap
Ensure maximal uniformity between reactors when working under extreme temperatures. Temperature uniformity and reproducibility is within 1°C at 80°C. -
Air Push Assist Device
Simple device that helps drain reaction tubes by applying gentle air pressure. -
Positive Pressure Manifold
Provides positive pressure to all reaction tubes to assist draining. Also used to push solvents from one SiliCycle MiniBlock to a second SiliCycle MiniBlock containing resins/sorbents. -
Heat Dispersion Adapter
Focuses heat from stirrer plate unit to XT reactor for uniform temperature distribution to all reaction vessels. -
XT Low Temperature Bath
Insulated tray for sub-ambient temperature control of one XT reactor. Insulated tray maintains dry ice / acetone temperature for approximately four hours without refilling. Tray can be placed on top of magnetic stirrers for mixing reaction components. -
