Loading

4 mL of pretreated sample

Washing

4 mL of Methanol
Dry the cartridge

Elution

2 mL of 2 % Formic Acid in Methanol

Further Treatment

Evaporation under Nitrogen, reconstitution with Oxalic Acid (10 mM, pH 2.0) / Acetonitrile (80:20) and identification by HPLC.
