Purification of New Osmium Complexes using SiliaSep PREMIUM

McFarland’s group reported the synthesis of two new osmium-based polypyridyl complexes that are active in hypoxia during anticancer therapy.

The complexes were isolated as their PF6 salts and purified with flash chromatography using SiliaSep PREMIUM flash cartridges.
